Quite the pretty piece. :3
I don't have a Premium account so I can't write a formal critique, so I'll do my best here.
I really like the color scheme, and how it flows with the overall softness of the piece. The pose, as well, is very fitting. Quite a nice overall image here.
The character overall looks good, but her right forearm (the left one, when looking at the image) is curved; it should be straight. It is also somewhat difficult to tell what the fingers of her right hand are doing - they look somewhat blocky and jagged instead of flowing and smooth. The shape of the hand itself doesn't quite look right - at that angle, we should see mostly the palm and side of the hand.
The figure of the drawing is well done, but the lines you have used to outline somewhat stick out compared to the soft colors of the rest of the piece. Perhaps if you were to erase the lines, or color them something more in line with the color scheme you're working with, it would maintain that soft image. For the hair, you could do without the lines completely and just use hard shading to discern the sections/strands of hair.
Also, although the circles in the background work well, I might suggest not overlapping them with the main subject of the image. It can get confusing, especially if the colors are very similar (i.e. on the hair).
But overall, a very awesome image. I like :3
